Christina Wickers Biography
On stage she has performed in many shows such as: Dick and Don's Fabulous 60's Rock
and Soul Spectacular, Guys & Dolls, Grease, Sound of Music, Cabaret, Proof and
developed and headlined original musical/spoken word piece called The Hag around the
Hollywood area.
Additionally, Christina has been the lead singer and songwriter in bands such as: Fuse,
The Hag and Trouble.
On March 28th and 29th, 2008, Dick and Don's Fabulous 60's Rock and Soul Spectacular
set up stage in Los Angeles once again. Christina is an integral part of the show portraying
Cher, Shelly Fabares, Michelle Phillips, Leslie Gore, and The Angels. The show has been
running since 2002 playing venues around Los Angeles including the Renegade Theater
and El Portal Theater.
On December 2009, Christina will emcee and perform Christmas songs for the Hope 4 Kids
and Full Armor Mentors Christmas Program to help under privileged youth. More than 400
children and their parents attended for an evening of face painting, arts & crafts, story
telling, caroling, pictures with Santa, cookie making, dinner and many live acts.
She graduated from California State University Northridge in 2007 with a B.S. Business
Administration, option Finance and is in her second year at Western State College of Law.
Christina was awarded by Mayor Jim Dear of Carson, a Certificate of Recognition for
"honoring disadvantaged children and their families with a special performance in support
of the Hope 4 Kids Christmas Outreach Program" in 2007 for her efforts. She was also
awarded a Certificate of Appreciation by Councilwoman Janice Hahn for community
service.
